I have to admit though it's not just Elephants that I've traipsed around London looking for, there have also been Cows, Eggs, Phone Boxes and Olympic Mascots!
I got hooked on the concept when I was in New York a few years earlier with a friend and they had a Cow Parade, we loved seeing the cows as we explored the city, then when my friend moved to Atlanta I was really excited when I visited her to discover a Cow Parade there too. These giant pieces of art are a great way to encourage people to appreciate art and explore a city whilst also raising money for charity, what fun!
Here are a selection of some of my favourite elephants, in a variety of different locations around London, most of the photos were taken on my old Samsung mobile so sorry for the poor quality.

Have you also hunted out giant animals or objects in your city? If so what were they?
I'm linking this post with ABC Wednesday
Fun and creative elephants. In NC where I live we had the CowParade in 2012 and I did hunt cows in the various places they were placed. Fun to look at the different artist cow sculptures. Carver, ABC Wed. Team
