This week as part of my photography course we went down to Canary Wharf in London's Docklands to take photos. This was my first proper attempt at night photography and the first time I've used a tripod, some of my photos came out a bit wonky, especially the ones of the Dome as I was on a bridge and I couldn't see to level the tripod properly, but most were fine. It was a fun evening and it was great to get out to take photos putting some of the theory of the classroom into practice with the help of our teacher, plus we were lucky with the weather I think it was the only night this week that it hasn't rained! Here is a small selection of the photos I took.
FABULOUS photos! My hubby was working for LOCOG for 6 months in 2012 and we saw a lot of the Docklands. I think we might be back this summer for a few days because he really never got to see much of London cuz he was always working.
